A 35 year old female from a low socio-economic background had come to G.C.R.I with a huge abdominal mass. She was severely anemic. She was a mother of four children the smallest being 5 years old. After correcting her anemia by giving 6 pints blood transfusions hypoproteinemia, she was taken up for surgery on 08/03/10. A huge ovarian mass was removed. Full precautions were taken to remove the tumor intact.
